All trailerable boats work on a "back to base" warranty - this means you have to return your RIB to where you purchased it to access your warranty; this is onerous and expensive for you on both time and money.
When purchasing this Neptune 520 RIB from Marine Matters it comes with our unique Solent Collect Warranty® plan. This means that any issues, no matter how small, we will attend and solve the problem, if this can't be done at your location we will take your Neptune 520 RIB to our workshop, repair it and return it all free of charge. We do the running and jobs while you simply enjoy your Neptune 520 RIB without any of the hassle.
This is only available on Neptune RIBs purchased from Marine Matters and still within the warranty period.
This is not just for new boats but also includes used boats still within the warranty period.
Any Neptune RIB, within the warranty period, kept on the mainland from Lymington to Chichester and if kept at home any location within 10 miles of the coast qualifies for Solent Collect Warranty®.
Any Neptune RIB kept on the Isle of Wight qualifies for collection from the north side of the island only. All collection from the IOW will be by sea only (i.e. not on a trailer on the ferry). Collection will include towing the boat across The Solent if the fault means your Neptune RIB is undriveable under its own power.
5 years on the hull (applies to the single moulding only not anything fitted to the moulding).

The Neptune 520 RIB boat is the baby of the Neptune family, and like all babies we give it the care and attention of a loved one. The N520 is fitted with an ORCA® Hypalon tube for superior finishing and longer lasting. When fitted with a Suzuki DF90ATX and BayStar™ hydraulic steering it becomes a real pocket rocket with light steering, making this a great addition to the Neptune family. We fit the N520 with the Suzuki DF90ATX outboard as this is the smallest extra long leg engine avaiable due to to the unusually deep vee hull on this small RIB. The combination of power and thre depth of hull makes the Neptune family baby more than capable of providing all the thrill of a larger RIB. This RIB also boasts an impressive 150 litre fuel tank so no matter what size engine we fit, the Neptune 520 will outlast pretty much any comparable RIB on the market as most of them don’t even have a tank capacity of 100 litres of fuel.
This RIB is fitted with a sun deck & cushions, water skiing and wakeboarding ski pole, and a boarding ladder to regain access to the boat after enjoying time in the water. The fitting of a SeaDek™ floor to all our Neptune RIBs gives good purchase but with a luxury feel under bare feet. SeaDek™ is also fitted to the tube end steps and the generous tube bow plate to facilitate both easy anchoring and the use to either dive off the bow at anchor or step ashore at the marina without slipping. With all this onboard this pocket rocket really is keeping up with the bigger boats in the range, giving you great value for money.
The Neptune 520 RIB boat is fitted with the Garmin UHD75cv chart plotter and sonar complete with the Garmin GT8HW-IH in hull sonar transducer to ensure you have excellent mapping for where you are going, backed up with depth sounding to provide additional confidence. Just as importantly, the in hull transducer means there's nothing outside the hull to damage when taking the ground on sandy beaches or when being lifted by your dry stack forklift. All our Neptune 520 RIBs are fitted with a Garmin 115i VHF for additional security and safety.
When back alongside the Neptune boat cover can be used to put your boat to bed and keep it clean and dry until your next trip with your family and friends.
