All trailerable boats work on a "back to base" warranty - this means you have to return your RIB to where you purchased it to access your warranty; this is onerous and expensive for you on both time and money.
When purchasing this Neptune 620 RIB from Marine Matters it comes with our unique Solent Collect Warranty® plan. This means that any issues, no matter how small, we will attend and solve the problem, if this can't be done at your location we will take your Neptune 620 RIB to our workshop, repair it and return it all free of charge. We do the running and jobs while you simply enjoy your Neptune 620 RIB without any of the hassle.
This is only available on Neptune RIBs purchased from Marine Matters and still within the warranty period.
This is not just for new boats but also includes used boats still within the warranty period.
Any Neptune RIB, within the warranty period, kept on the mainland from Lymington to Chichester and if kept at home any location within 10 miles of the coast qualifies for Solent Collect Warranty®.
Any Neptune RIB kept on the Isle of Wight qualifies for collection from the north side of the island only. All collection from the IOW will be by sea only (i.e. not on a trailer on the ferry). Collection will include towing the boat across The Solent if the fault means your Neptune RIB is undriveable under its own power.

The Neptune 620 is the young adult member of the Neptune family; it has the ambition to want the best of everything and its independence at the same time. The appeal of this RIB is in that for a very small step up in cost you can have a slightly larger RIB than the Neptune 580, without the additional cost in step up to the Neptune 660.
As with all the Neptune RIBs we supply this boat comes with an ORCA® Hypalon tube to ensure years hassle free tube integrity.
To drive this RIB at peak performance we fit the Suzuki DF140BGTX, with fly by wire throttle control. Suzuki were the first Outboard manufacturer in the world to introduce the electronic controls to outboards of 140hp and smaller, and it is a game changer. The DF140BGTX out performs the 150hp on this RIB as the engine weight is 49kg lighter, with only the loss of 10hp. This power to weight ratio is all in your favour, and of course the price is better for you too. We combine this with BayStar™ hydraulic steering to give all helmsman light touch control, less fuel burn but the best power delivery.
The Neptune 620 RIB is fitted with the sun deck & cushions, water skiing and wakeboarding ski pole, and a boarding ladder to regain access to the boat after enjoying time in the water. The fitting of a SeaDek™ floor to all our Neptune RIBs gives good purchase but with a luxury feel under bare feet. SeaDek™ is also fitted to the tube end steps and the generous bow step plate to facilitate easy anchoring, a great diving platform when at anchor or step ashore at the marina without slipping. With all this onboard the Neptune 620 as well as the additional deck space this is the perfectly quenches the thirst of the young adult by being a bit more than the N580 without the cost of the N660.
The Neptune 620 RIB boat is fitted with the Garmin UHD75cv chart plotter and sonar complete with the Garmin GT8HW-IH in hull sonar transducer to ensure you have excellent mapping for where you are going, backed up with depth sounding to provide additional confidence. Just as importantly, the in hull transducer means there's nothing outside the hull to damage when taking the ground on sandy beaches or when being lifted by your dry stack forklift. All our Neptune 620 RIBs are fitted with a Garmin 115i VHF for additional security and safety.
When back alongside the Neptune boat cover can be used to put your boat to bed and keep it clean and dry until your next trip with your family and friends.
